Dalane & Jeremy – The Madison in Broussard

Dalane & Jeremy had a perfect ceremony this past April, and somehow it’s already September and I have no idea where the time has gone. So bear with me while I post a ton of things from the past year, because better late than never right?

I asked Dalane & Jeremy about their favorite parts of their wedding day and any advice they had for couples planning their big day, especially during COVID, and here is what they had to say:

We loved having all our friends and family in the same place at one time! It’s overwhelming to realize all the people who came to celebrate our marriage! The ceremony was also another favorite part. Making our vows before God and our friends and family was wonderful. Jeremy and I were so focused in on our vows and the words from scripture that supported our marriage together. When we walked down the aisle it hit us both, the fact that we were married! The sweetest feeling and the happiest moment of my entire life.

The whole wedding was really a dream! I wouldn’t change a thing about it. My first look with my dad and also with Jeremy was also another top moment. Seeing their reactions and excitement was pure joy and I don’t even know how to describe it! I enjoyed those small moments with them separately.

Advice: Plan what you want and what makes you happy. There will be things you have to adjust and change based on restrictions or COVID situations, and that’s okay. It happens, it’s unfortunate, but remember what is most important. I came to a point that I just had to say this is out of my control. God brought us together and I have complete peace knowing this is who I am supposed to marry. With that confidence, I finally said whatever happens, as long as I marry Jeremy Coe it will be great! Another advice would be to book Natalie, I mean BEST DECISION! She was AMAZING for bridals, engagements, and the wedding!
