I was so excited when Claire & Landon contacted me to document one of the most important days of their lives! I have know Claire for almost 15 years now, thanks to 4-H. I spent the afternoon in New Orleans at the Catahoula Hotel. It was filled with laughter, cuddles, and me asking Claire to rest her forehead on Landon's sweaty forehead.
They say, when you know you know, I never believed them. I met a guy for a first date at Copeland's in a new town where I knew no one. That first night (after a four hour dinner) I knew Landon would be a permanent person in my life. When I first told my parents about him, before even meeting him, they knew he was the one. The rest has been history!
We knew very quickly that we could never live without one another. Fast forward to 7 months later, we signed the papers on our new home! The most exciting time of our lives! When we first started dating, I had made a small request that we not live together unless we were engaged. Forgetting this small request, my boyfriend wanted to take pictures in front of our perfect home and he surprised me, with both of our families present, with the most beautiful engagement ring I could’ve ever asked for. To say I can’t wait to marry this wonderful man would be an understatement. I cannot imagine my life without this perfect human being who is patient, kind, and my rock. My life will never be the same and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for us!
